Katie Kennerknecht has honed her craft as an interior designer for over 20 years, working for several premier design firms such as Baker Barrios Architects, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, and Phil Kean Design Group. In 2019, Katie established her own enterprise, Kate Voss Interiors, extending her design services to exclusive private clientele.
Katie's portfolio encompasses a diverse range of design projects, both residential and commercial, where she joins forces with clients, architects, home builders, and other design professionals to bring to life spaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. She relishes the opportunity to collaborate with her clients, and to make their design aspirations a tangible reality.
Morgan brings a refined design sensibility and a deeply intentional approach to every project she touches. Since joining Kate Voss Interiors in 2021, she has played a key role in shaping a wide range of residential and commercial environments, consistently delivering spaces that feel both elevated and personal.
With a strong foundation in interior design and a natural ability to interpret a client’s vision, Morgan thoughtfully curates each detail—from overall atmosphere to the smallest finishing elements—ensuring every space is cohesive, functional, and distinctly tailored. Her attention to nuance, materiality, and scale allows her to create interiors that are not only visually compelling but truly livable.
As an Interior Design Project Manager in the industry for over two decades, Kristen specializes in the management of transforming imaginative visions and turning them into flawless, luxurious living spaces. With a blend of project management finesse and a keen design sense, she is dedicated to curating bespoke experiences from the initial client meeting to project completion.
Meticulous planning, transparent budget navigation, and a commitment to quality are the pillars of her approach. She collaborates with her talented team to craft timeless, high-quality interiors that exceed expectations. From regular site inspections to innovative solutions, Kristen ensures a seamless and transparent journey.
Possessing an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design, Kelly has navigated a distinguished professional journey marked by unwavering commitment to excellence across kitchen design, lighting and the comprehensive realm of interior Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). Over three decades, she commenced her career with a focus on interior design, progressively advancing to a pivotal role at a prominent design firm.
Starting as an Assistant Designer, she ascended to the esteemed position of Manager of the Interiors Team, honing leadership skills, mastering project management, and elevating standards within the organization. As a Furniture Procurement Specialist, Kelly demonstrates a keen proficiency in curating environments that seamlessly marry functionality with aesthetic sophistication. Her specialized focus empowers her to navigate the intricate landscape of interior design procurement and refine design elements that distinguish an authentically pleasing space.

Picking paint colors with a spouse can be difficult, let alone a major rehab. Katie was able to help both navigate our design thoughts and material selection for project success. After the first - kitchen, family room, dining, and laundry room project, we knew we chose well with Katie as we didn’t want to change anything two years later. Most impressive, Katie was able to keep with the vibe of the house fitting today’s design seamlessly. Our last project was a master bedroom and 2 bathroom, room re-configurations.
